USGS IN YOUR STATE

USGS Water Science Centers are located in each state.

The US Geological Survey – Iowa Water Science Center has teamed up with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources – Geological Survey Bureau again this year to produce "Learn About the Land" informational packets for RAGBRAI XXXVII. The packets include a daily trip log for each of the 7 days of the ride. As the cyclists cover the 442 miles of this year’s trip, they will be traveling over the Loess Hills, glacial till and flood plains.

• Day 2: July 20 - Red Oak to Greenfield
• Day 3: July 21 - Greenfield to Indianola
• Day 4: July 22 - Indianola to Chariton

• Day 6: July 24 - Ottumwa to Mount Pleasant
• Day 7: July 25 - Mount Pleasant to Burlington
